"We had an issue upon arrival with our room being double booked. Returned to the desk and in return they placed us on the highest floor of rooms for the inconvenience. Great views all around great stay"

"Property us just run down"

"First, when we arrive we didn’t have access to luggage carts. I had to go up the escalator 2 floors, stand in line, hand over my drivers license and the go back downstairs for our luggage. As much as we get charged as guest I think we should have been helped a little more and luggage carts should be available or at least nearby. Secondly, I was in the Red Tower and there was a loud party in the restaurant below and we had to listen to that music for 3-4 hours. Also, my husband called downstairs to find out how long the party would be or could we move to another room and the rudest woman answered the phone. She told us that the restaurant was independent and Westin had nothing to do with it. She had a very nasty attitude from the very beginning. When we asked again how long the party would go, she finally told us Nine o’clock and she hung up in our face. The next morning I did report this incident to the manager. I just feel like the amount you , including what ever is a destination fee is, you should be treated better. I was excited to stay here but left very was disappointed."

"Great lobby. Nice bar. Bartender was super nice. The room was very small but clean and nice. I imagine other rooms are bigger. The pool closed at 7 and there’s no hot tub. That was disappointing but otherwise a really nice place. "

"To begin with the Staff is VERY RUDE. They look at you from head to toe and even though they weren’t busy (not attending anyone) they were still not interested in checking us in . Finally about 7 minutes later we got checked in she asked me for me to pay $100 as a security deposit and I asked a security deposit for what I already paid about $500 so and she said the $100 will be returned to you in about a week. And look it has been a month now and still they haven’t returned my $100 so I have made a dispute with the credit card."
