The bed was extremely firm, and the pillows were very thin, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. I tossed and turned throughout the night and woke up with some back soreness. Unfortunately, the sleeping accommodations were not comfortable."

"The service was outstanding. In particular, Luke at the front desk provided exceptional service, giving us site seeing tips and restaurant recommendations. He was so friendly and really stood out for us. Housekeeping did a fantastic job. Very high standards for cleanliness. The pool area was beautiful and we particularly liked the dj. I would say that there were not enough beds, as it was mostly cabanas that you have to pay for. Only two cabanas were rented, so it was a waste of space in my opinion. Breakfast was good, particularly the breakfast burrito and honey lavender latte. Location is great, very central. Emilio and Mikayla also really stood out for exceptional and friendly service. The gym was great with lots of equipment. We would definitely recommend and return."
