“The minute we entered to Resort we were pleased. So serene, green everywhere. When you enter the resort lobby right across is a view of the ocean so breath taking. Chinayka was our Guest Service Agent and she was 5/5. Very welcoming and pleased to attend to us. Thank you. Nathalie was our server at The Atlantic’s Edge. 5/5 and very attentive. I became light headed and she didn’t miss a beat. Got me orange juice and put a rush on the food. Thank you for your empathy. I HIGHLY recommend this...

“Not at all like the website indicates. Our room was rundown and dirty. My husband required a stool in the shower and the one he was given to use had brown stains in the middle of the seat and black mold on the legs. Left black rings in the shower. No extra roll of TP. Had to ask the desk when needed. A/C was either ON and very cold or OFF and warm. No in between settings. The breakfast was okay at best. Coffee was luke warm and hot food was watery and greasy. The pool area was unkept and tables...

“The property had bikes, kayaks, paddle boards and fishing rods you can use at no charge. The breakfast was omelettes made to order, pancakes and a variety of other breakfast items ( no meats) and a nice area to sit outside and enjoy breakfast. It was a very nice place. We will definitely stay there again.”
