We also stayed in the Villa which was in much better condition that the Queen Suite. My biggest pet peeve was that the garbage cans were overflowing on site and looked terrible. “Overall our stay was nice. We loved the shores pool, and paid extra for ocean view and balcony, which was ruined by the sargassum(out of resorts control of course). Also the balcony was not a private balcony attached to our room, it was just an extension off the walk way open to anyone really, so that part is kind of deceiving. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt, das Ressort wurde uns gezeigt und wir erhielten sogar ein Upgrade des Zimmers. “The property is beautiful. The pool is amazing. It's a walk in pool that gradually gets deeper to a tall rock formation with a waterfall cascading down with cool refreshing water. You can relax in the pool with a picturesque ocean view. The property is owner operated, so much love goes into the care of the property.”
