Fine for our two-night stay. Convenient location to both Mall of Asia and airport. Staff was most helpful to arrange transport to both.

Ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht, weil die Bilder bei Expedia gut aussahen und die Lage beim Flughafen günstig ist. Leider entsprechen die Bilder auf der Website in keiner Weise der Realität. Die Zimmer sind winzig und das Mobiliar ist abgewohnt - selbst für philippinische Verhältnisse. Noch dazu ist die Gegend wenig vertrauenserweckend. Nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit wollte ich da nicht allein draußen unterwegs sein. Einzig das überaus freundliche Personal vermag zu überzeugen. Einen weiteren gebuchten Aufenthalt habe ich aber nach Abreise sofort storniert. Da fahre ich lieber etwas länger zum Flughafen, als mir das nochmal anzutun.

The staff were lovely, they did their best and were professional. This property is in alley way, a part of town that seems undesirable - bars, clubs. We saw a man slumped over next to a bldg when getting dropped off. Bathroom was tiny- no toilet paper, shower & toilet area shares the same space. Not sure where excellent reviews are coming from- the place is a dive!!

Noise...to close to main road
The staff was great, the rooms in hotel were clean, Comfortable beds and pillows with good towels, just very very noisy... Beeping horns, loud exhaustall night.... Too close to the main road.

Stayed here for one night before catching a plane back home. The entrance is in the alley behind the 7/11 quiet and reasonable convient to the airport.

Hidden Gem
Comfort in the middle of a busy city. Accessible to almost everything. At least, to all my needs during my visit. Friendly, pleasant, helpful, accommodating staff will make your stay even more comfortable. And the security guard on post 24/7 makes you feel safe in the area. Definitely, I'll keeping coming back here.

The hotel in and of itself is located in an area, that’s noisy due to the traffic and it’s proximity to the airport. Getting to the hotel via taxi from places like MOA may make it seem like the hotel is located in an unsafe neighbourhood due to the small alleys. Hotel does not have an elevator, hotel staff will help with luggage, however. Hotel room was clean and had an air conditioner. Cheapest category of room offers single bed, with another sliding bed stowed beneath it. Careful when stepping out of it, it will slide a bit. Hotel staff was very friendly, receptionist was always welcoming and the guard and the remaining staff helped us with our luggage. However, we had to wait for our key for around 20-30 minutes, but we were able to go go our room regardless, since the doors were open (you cannot lock them without a key however). Overall, good for a short stay, we’ve stayed 1 night. Recommendable if you are looking for a good stay between MOA and the Airport.

First of all, I want to say the staff were very professional and accommodating. And, the breakfast was excellent. But, that's where it ends for me. The room a/c barely kept me from sweating the whole time, there were no washcloths or soap in the bathroom. Very few electrical outlets and none by the bed. I would not recommend staying here if you expect a level of comfort.

5 min by foot from airport terminal 4. Bed ok, hot water shower, room and bathroom clean, good reception by staff. But noisy all night... i did not rest that much during my flight step over

Place was CLEAN and STAFF were very nice!
Only draw back was place was hard to find.. NO ELEVATORS! So if you had a large luggage GOOD LUCK LUGGING it up to your room!! That's the only bad thing I can say about this place! Staff was A+ though!

Good value, safe, secure building, free breakfast
A quick night after late arrival in Manila. A bit further from the airport than I thought but that was not a problem, the GRAB (like Uber) driver delivered us easily. Surrounded by bustling restaurants, convenience stores and usual Manila traffic. Good free breakfast offered at a cafe next door. Room was on 2nd floor and windows sealed well to keep most noise out. Room was small and clean with small kitchenete but no refrigerator.

The window type aircon is very noisy it is like a torture in the ears and the foam of the ben is very thin and cheap quality.

The place is nice and clean, the staff are friendly and courteous, and it’s convenient to the stores and malls, I love the fact that there is a massage place near the hotel, and of course, it’s close to the airport, I definitely stay here again.

The place is good for a short stay. We just had trouble with the stairs though. My mom is 70 years old and we were given a room at the 5th floor. She had to pause on the 2nd and 4th floor to catch her breath and rest her knees. I asked if we could be given a room at a lower floor, but the receptionist said that they were fully booked at the moment and was apologetic. Totally understandable because it was the holidays. Staff is exceptionally friendly though.

So disappointed not happy......This is not what I paid for??? I was transfer by orbitz to this hotel due to the previous one that I paid for are not existing even though I paid already took us 3am to get us a new hotel... We all tired!!!
