방에서 많이 냄새가 나고, 담배피는 사람 입장에서는 레스토랑을 통해 가야되기때문에 조금 귀찮음이 없지 않아 있습니다. 또 방에 문제가 있는데 직원을 세번이나 불러야 오고 1시간동안 기다리는 어이없는 상황이 있엇네요.

이전에 방을 구입시 이그젝큐티브 스위트를 예약했으나 스위트 룸을 배정해서 퇴실시 이의를 제기하여 이번 방문시 보상을 받음.

executive suite room으로 예약을 했는데 일반실로 방 어랜지 했고 complain했으나 변경되지 않음. breakfast included로 예약 했으나 체크아웃시 아침식사비용 요청하여 예약한 copy보여주면서 역시 complain하여 겨우 비용 청구 cancel 됨 매우 불만족함. 메니저와 면담하여 나중에 메일로 내용 회신 주기로 했으나 아직 연락 안옴

리갈 스위트에서 4박했는데 호텔스닷컴에서 조식여부를 선택할수없고 한가지 가격이라 스위트는 당연히 포함인가보다 생각했는데 불포함 이었습니다. 이부분은 개선바랍니다. 호텔도 예전엔 너무 깨끗했었는데 지난몇년간 관리가 소홀했는지 5성호텔 청결도에는 너무 못미쳤구요.

가끔 방문하는 좋은 호텔임
전반적으로 친철하고 호텔도 양호함. 특히 roof top 레스토랑 nest에서의 조식은 친절하고 아침으로 충분하며 직원들도 친절함. 공항의 접근성이 이전보다 많이 좋아져서 skyway 이용시 25분 정도면 가능함

호텔비에 비해 좋은 시설에 방은 아닌들
잠자리와 주변은 깔끔하여 좋았으나 방에서 좋지 않은 냄새가 나서 첫 이용이 별로 였음.. 에어콘이나 냉장고 시설도 오래되어 냉장고 기능이 많이 상실 되어 있고 에어콘은 청소한지 좀 오래된듯 약간에 곰팡이 냄새도 낫음. 아침식사는 정말 별로 인듯

it s good hotel basically and kind
room service foods are not many kinds compare with near hotels around alabang and a little far but good hotel and view is good especially roof top restuarant named NEST is good view, food prices is a little higher than others hotel, anyway the quality is okay. parking lot is comfortable for guests bcz it's located at basement.

밤 12시 넘어 도착 했는데 호텔닷컴 예약 확인 이되지 않아 결국 30분 이상 기다리고 크레딧 카드 디파짓 하고 겨우 체크인 호텔 시스템 문제 인지 호텔스 닷컴 문제인지는 알수 없지만 체크인 외에는 만족할만한 호텔

편안한 여행 이었습니다
위치는 공항 남쪽에 조용한 동네였고 직원들이 참 친절하고 식당 식사도 아주 좋았습니다. 주변 몰은 무료 셔틀 서비스 해주니 소핑이니 식사하러 가시기 좋습니다.

Great staff service and always with a smile. Staff was very helpful and prompt. It is walking distance to Festival Mall and North Gate. Hence, its location is very convenient. The room has amenities such as fridge and kettle. It would be nice to have a microwave for heating up food. Otherwise, it is an excellent accommodation and will be back again.

Not a 5 star hotel
This is not a 5star for me.Have stayed in 5 stars hotel here in mnla ths Vivere s far beyond to be a 5star. Furnitures in the room is old,bath tub is not clean,restaurants services s poor.,food is good but the breakfast buffé is not up to standards. Sauna was close. No room service until late in the afternoon. All in all not worth the money at all.

ホテルはとても奇麗で、治安も良いと感じました。 残念ながら1004号室のお湯は30度も満たず、身体が冷えてしまいました。 他の部屋は問題ないと聞いたので、この部屋だけの問題なのかと思います。

On the plus side: The hotel room was nice and the staff was very accomodating. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the Festival Mall. On the negative side: There was no wifi reception in the room on the 18th floor and the pool was very small and attached to the restaurant on the top floor. Also, the floor outside the bathroom door was extrememly slippery under wet feet and the fire alarm went off in the middle of our stay.

The staff and service are impeccable! They are extremely warm polite and accommodating. We didn't have any problem checking in nor checking out of the hotel. They have a lot of amenities that we were able to maximize and the best one was the playroom for my kid. Will definitely go back!
