โEasy stay for my wife and I on an overnight! We thought the overall design of this hotel was really neat and it was unlike others weโve stayed at in the past.
Room was spacious and had what was needed for our quick stay. Only minor negative would be the parking was limited as they were repaving most of the lot. Definitely not a huge deal as thatโs part of regular maintenance!โ
โI loved the property, the photos are not deceiving and actually what the property looks like and the staff are really nice and friendly. While they may not have a pool and free breakfast in the morning, they do have relatively cheap priced breakfast items and the coffee is lowkey pretty good.
My only quam is just with the website and how the reservation system works. I didn't end up needing to stay my full trip, and we weren't able to change the dates. However, even with this problem the price...
โTerrible experience!! I paid USD 100 by cash as a deposit. When I checked-out, a lady at the front said that somebody must bring my money. Now, I back to the hotel to pick up my luggage but still, she said exactly same thing. Because my time in this country is very limited, I could not wait such a long time without certain schedule, there was nothing I could do but just left the hotel to move next city. I am super curious how they return my money back.......โ
โThe staff is wonderful everyone was very kind and helpful. They made the stay enjoyable. The rooms were nice and clean I appreciate the eco friendly touches. The restaurant has surprisingly good food. Although the over night valet price is exorbitant, there are many affordable self parking options right across so do not let parking be a deterrent if you have a car this is still a great hotel. โThe hotel was very nice and had unique decor that we thought was cool. Our room was also very nice including all the amenities! My youngest who is a teenager enjoyed the separate vanity outside of the bathroom to het ready. We also enjoyed the bar and had breakfast one morning which was really good. We were also a 10 min walk from Target Center and Target Field which was qhy we booked the hotel. Only complaint was that the elevators were slow. Otherwise we were very pleased with everything!โ
