“L’accueil exceptionnel digne des hôtels 5* par Isai. Deco mexicaine de bon goût, coloré, petite boutique vendant des produits d’artisans locaux. Eco/pet friendly très bien situé près de l’avenue principale et à quelques minutes de marche de la belle plage. Juste noté que la piscine est à 3 min de marche mais dans un décor enchanteur.”

“My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is slightly off the beaten path, which made it quiet and enjoyable for us. We walked to the beach and to “downtown” San Poncho every day. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful we enjoyed amazing fresh fruit and delicious coffee every morning and we had dinner there one night as well, all were 10/10. The staff was lovely and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again. ”

“The room was so interesting and beautiful. But the grounds were the best part, the outside areas were serene and well landscaped. My friend and I enjoyed sitting out or enjoying a hammock by the river often. I also enjoyed that there was a small row boat that I could row over to the beach area. We had our first dinner there and it was the most delicious meal of our 14 day trip (the volcano one).”

“Hot tubs and pool could use more frequent cleaning. Front desk staff could be more attentive to guests vs visiting with friends. Construction project next door was very loud and starts early in the morning. Staff did nothing to quiet loud gatherings ests in common areas late at night. Housekeeping was excellent. Room was very cool. A four, but should be a five.”

Pudiera ser un poco más tarde para no interrumpir el descanso del huésped, o colocar algún indicador sobre la necesidad o no de limpieza en la habitación”

“Everything was perfect about this stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable and room and bathroom was so spacious. Would definitely stay again. They respect your privacy and space, they do ask if you’d like room service which is appreciated. Easy to get in contact with host via what’s app. Location is great!! Conveniently located near food, night life, shopping centers, etc!!”

“Tuvimos una experiencia increíble en este hotel. Fuimos en plan familiar y realmente superó nuestras expectativas. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y todo está pensado para que tanto adultos como niños disfruten al máximo. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención del personal, que fue excepcional desde el primer momento. Josué, en particular, hizo toda la diferencia: desde el día uno fue sumamente atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitábamos. Nuestra niña...

“La habitación es hermosa, la Propiedad no tanto.. al hacer el check in me dijeron que debía de pagar y les comenté que Expedia ya me había cobrado y tuve que enseñar mi cuenta de banco, le tomaron fotos y aún así no nos permitieron hacer el check in .. la cosa es que la ocasión anterior pasó lo mismo.. no se si sea el sistema de ellos o de Expedia.. decidí no pagar otra vez hasta que se comunicaran con Expedía.. me fui a comer a un restaurante y al final me mandaron un mensaje diciendo que ya...
