“The property definitely needs renovation! Furniture was scratched. Window coverings were starting to shred. Window to room would not open and no crank to open it. Cushions on couch were worn. Movie theatre only open limited nights. Workout room needs renovation as well and more space. Room was clean and the staff very helpful. Heat and Air needs to be redirected. It blows at occupants head all night long.”

“They only clean the room every other day so it doesn’t always look fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However it was difficult to understand several of the desk clerks because of their broken English and thick dialect.”

“The room was very old and pool has bad smell ”

“This was our second time staying at Tivoli. As always the front desk are great. We even were given a bottle of wine. The only complaint I have is that we were woken up early Wed morning to hotel cleaning staff arguing outside of our room. I had to open the door and peep my head out to get their attention. This was really annoying. Valet parking is $45 a night. It wasn't a big deal but I was unsure why after our concert at the amp I returned to find my car had been moved from the valet lot...

“Place was nice and cozy and a spacious room, although did get a bit hot at night despite having windows open and fans on due to no ac (mountain town so okay). Overall it was a really cool place and only a 15 min walk to vail. We stayed here for a wedding so it was great, and the pizza place downstairs was such a great touch. We’d stayed here again in the summer, although I can’t even imagine what they charge for winter months.”
