“The hotels has some of the nicest service staff ever, they are all smiling, eager to help, and they go out of their way for the guests. The front desk staff are a bit standoffish, they promised me a long bed, then u got two twins.
My second complaint is that my room window was facing a construction site, that went into full gear all through the night, and I am a pretty light sleeper, my earplugs helped a bit, I asked to change the room and they didn’t give me another one, glad it was a short...

Ishtiaq from the resturant had made sure we never missed our home foods as ge accommodated all our needs. Would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful stay in Madinah. 10/10 on everything”

“Rooms were abit dated, however everything went well. Breakfast spread was good; limited seats available, but overall still ok. Hotel staff/ cleaners regularly check with us at the corridor if we need cleaning or anything for the room. ”
