“This bed and breakfast is one of the cleanest, most charming and comfortable places my husband and I have ever stayed in! The host Mike is amazing! He called us the morning of to take our breakfast order and to walk is through the check-in process (which is very easy) and even gave us recommendations for dinner. Definitely try PK’s pub if you like a good home cooked meal. We would hands down recommend this to everyone and would love to stay here again!”

“Excellent stay here. One of my best experience ever. Room and facilities are clean. Friendly and caring staffs are all over. I will definitely come back here for more stay.”

“During my stay, I experienced delightful mornings with breakfast treats I hadn't even anticipated every day. If you want to feel the warmth of American hospitality, I highly recommend paying a visit. I want to express my gratitude once again to the hosts, Alan and Anne. ”

“Convenient location. Room was spacious and clean.”

“The staff were amazing! Max and Amy! Very friendly! Very accommodating. The fall decorations were amazing. The breakfast was so good! They even had turkey sausages!!!! The hotel was very clean!”

“Everything was great, and the staff was excellent. Disappointed that there was not an elevator. However, next time I’ll just book on the first floor.”

“Great location right next to the water, offering a great view on the canal side. Tons of character being a converted mill. The continental breakfast could offer more options, but it wasn't bad. The room was cool, strong water pressure in the shower, quiet heating/cooling equipment, quiet surroundings, comfy bed. Nice place.”

“Excellent location Parking”

“A quiet, traditional B&B, with a gracious host. Communication was excellent, room was quiet, and the location was good -- just 6/10-mile to the center of downtown.”

“It's a 2star room at a 2 star price. It's older, not any extras, close to downtown and right off the interstate. There's a big bed in a big room, hot water, and a ton of TV channels. Free parking.”

“Spectacular interior spaces and super friendly owner. The interior is filled with incredible woodwork, especially grand staircase. Our suite was large and comfortable. Books everywhere to read. Great amount of satisfying choices for breakfast. We were pleasantly stuffed afterwards. Close to several restaurants. We were biking the Erie Canal Trail from Syracuse to Amsterdam NY and it was very convenient, close to trail and owner insisted on having our bikes inside. Loved it!!!”

“Dirty, smelled terrible as soon as you open the door.”
