"Our employee went to check in at 11pm WITH A GUARANTEED reservations and the "man" at the desk said "we are sold out so we are not honoring and 3rd party reservations". They sent her away at 11pm with no where to go. BEWARE, THEY CANCEL RESERVATION WITH NO WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
