The service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices, and definitely a highlight of our mornings. Our room was comfortable, and the private balcony facing Mt. Fuji was absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to such an incredible view was truly unforgettable. Overall, Hotel Regina exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kawaguchiko, especially if you want a relaxing stay with beautiful views of Mt. Fuji. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Unique property convenient to Mt. Fuji Station and the town of Fujiyoshida. Stayed here the night of the Yoshida no Himatsuri and couldn't have asked for a better location. The staff here were very friendly. Only complaint is the lack of soundproofing in the units. My room was right next to the train station and railroad tracks with constant train noise until midnight and then again starting at 5:30am. Rented a unit with a sauna and plunge pool - which was a very nice addition. I would definitely stay again!"
