“This is a sort of remodeled motor lodge on the bay side out on Montauk. I got the smallest room. It is nicely remodeled with a super comfortable bed. The kitchenette is fine. Bathroom nice and clean. The whole place is remodeled and nice, but it sits on the bones of an old motor lodge, so you can only do so much with that footprint. I was satisfied, except I had the worst room in the place, with the largest minus being the lack of sound proofing. Location is great, right by the golf course and...

“Yeah you get your beach view but it’s not worth the price per night. I wouldnt stay here again and I’ve stayed at many hotels. The pool closes at 6pm and didnt look that clean as in the pictures. I just feel like it’s too overhyped. Save your money and go somewhere else”

“Our family with small children had the best time and will certainly return! We loved the location with the sound view, prime sunset watching and short walk to ice cream and restaurants. What sold us was the heated pool which we spent time in as the ocean was too cold.”

“This hotel provided incorrect information to us as clients. We booked a one-bedroom suite with a living room (June 5th to June 6th two nights), which was confirmed with a photo. Unfortunately, there was no living room when we checked in. I spoke to the manager, Chip and was told he would take care of everything. However, I have not received any response. When I showed the photo to the manager, and been told that Expedia made a mistake by using the wrong photo to confirm the booking.”

The rooms are decent, though on the smaller side, and noise carries quite a bit, so you can hear neighboring rooms. The beds were comfortable, but the flooring felt a bit cheap. One improvement would be adding fans in the bathrooms, as they tend to get quite humid. The outdoor furniture also looked pretty worn and could use some updating.
