“Clean, well appointed, great toiletries, snacks in the room, chic design, helpful staff, great location on the harbor side. Near a beach and Bagatelle. They provide a great beach chair and umbrella. Nothing feels cheap here.”

“It was not user-friendly for handicap people my mother used a Rollator there were stairs everywhere, uneven blocks, etc. you always had to go take steps to your room up or down The serving staff was excellent But be careful of additional charges as I had to really review my folio and was refunded an occurrence They need additional chairs for the pool and bar areas The coffee server at the shop was the only server They need two in the morning”

“The hotel is set up as two rows of rooms, with parking in between. Each (most?) room has a little backyard with a bench and chairs. The rooms are spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff is always around, if you need extra towels for the beach for example. Next to the rooms is the beach restaurant, with something going on most days. That's where you'll check in. They serve brunch starting around 11pm. Food and cocktails are great. The team is fun and social. The beach nearby is great, but...

“Everything was great! Except the pillows, which were some of the hardest pillows i’ve ever had to use. I had to roll up my sweater and use that as a pillow, my neck was stiff for days. I did not sleep at all that night and kinda ruined some of the plans I had for the day. All in all, get some softer pillows!”
