โThis property was BEAUTIFUL! The checkin was perfect. Our room was ready before 1 pm. The views were spectacular. The staff was so friendly. The property was manicured and comfortable. I will be coming back!!!โ
โEverything was fine. The staff was kind and friendly. The inn was 10 minute drive from downtown of Montauk. But we were dissatisfied with the room and bathroom. When we made a reservation with hotels.com, we chose this inn because pictures of the room were so classy. But, the room looked so classy in the pictures --in fact, it was so so. And, the bathtub was not good. It was small and a little bit peeling off.โ
โThis hotel met my needs for a simple one night stay. It's a quick walk to the main part of town, so there is easy access to shops and restaurants. There is beach access right across the street, though the beaches were closed during my visit, so I cannot speak to that experience which I imagine would be a good reason to stay at this hotel. โGreat stay at Briney Breeze for Labor Day weekend. Owner provided great service and was very accommodating, even accommodating a late night check in (9pm). Property is well maintained and rooms are nicely renovated compared to some other beach hotels in town. Hotel even provides beach chairs for the short 2-min walk across the street to quiet beach. โHaving the the beach and a heated pool was terrific as was the room. It was definitley perfect for a quick get a way. Easy walking distances for places to eat. Chairs at the beach and lounges at the pool were comfortable and the staff was ery attentive. I have been going to Montauk for 30 or more years and this is a breath of fresh air compared to the other places that have yet to update. Will definitely be back.โ
