We asked for extra towels and the young lady brought them promptly with a smile even though she seemed to be the only employee at the time. The indoor pool was a plus, even though I personally would have liked it a tad warmer. My chief complaint is that there was not enough parking on the premises. Overall great place. "

"This place is amazing, and our only regret was we weren't able to stay longer! It is right on the beach, with amazing views. The hotel really allows you to take advantage of the location, whether it's watching the sun set, falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean, or enjoying the comfortable chairs and fire pits right on the beach. The restaurant was great. We enjoyed wonderful service. The entire experience was a perfect start to what was our honeymoon. We'll be back!"

"This is our most favorite place to stay when in Monterey. A few things I was disappointed in, When I went to take a shower on our 1st day of the trip there was no shower gel in the container. It was completely empty. I had to call housekeeper but they brought a new container immediately. There were used tissues under the sink cabinet from previous guests. Family in the next room were very lound and the kids kept trying to open our adjoining door. Management did speak to them and no other...
