Bay Breeze Inn
10/10 Excellent
"The Bay Breeze Inn is the best facility that I have stayed at in Seaside over the last three years. The room was large. The king size bed was wonderful. The microwave and refrigerator were more than adequate. The shower water strength was awesome. The staff were responsive. Parking was always available and free. I volunteer for Pebble Beach golf tournaments and getting there from the Inn is easy and about a 20 minute drive. Costco is 1/2 mile. Other grocery stores and restaurants are close by; some in walking distance."

"The Martine Inn is a really nice place. It was clean, in a super location and breakfasts were wonderful. Oh and the view was fantastic! We walked to Pacific Grove for all of our dinners and walked the ocean (bay?) front every day. We could have easily walked to the aquarium and other Cannery Row businesses if we desired. The draw backs are: the rooms are quirky, not bad just quirky. So be prepared for quirky. The coffee is hot with fruit seasoned water all day but after 10 PM there is no refresh until 7 AM. So if you are planning to have a cup of coffee before 7 AM, you will have to wait. Lastly, we went down 4th street to the Inn's entrance and I am glad we did. There is parking on Ocean Avenue but you have to carry your bags up a couple of flights of stairs. Now we parked on 4th but even if you couldn't park on 4th...you ought to go down fourth to deliver your bags. Having said all that...we will be back. Staff was friendly, Inn was clean, location was perfect and breakfasts were the best!"
