“A lovely place with an interesting history, super friendly welcome, lovely room and everything we needed. We dined there too and the food was spot on, really tasty, good portions and fairly priced. The only thing I would say is that the room was a little chilly and we couldn’t find controls to change that. However I assumed as it was summertime the heating was off, it just happened to be a rainy chilly May Day! I had a lovely deep bath in the freestanding tub and was soon back to being warm!”

“We arrived after an 80 mile bike ride and were eager to get a shower and a good meal. The team were expecting us and had the key ready; check-in was very welcoming and efficient. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Despite the restaurant being very busy (Saturday 8pm) our meals came without delay and were hot, hearty and very tasty. Wouldnt think twice about staying again next time we're in the area.”

“It’s a pleasant experience to stay in this B & B. The host Tom is very friendly and helpful. Nicely decorated bedroom with everything I need. There’s a kettle and a few types of tea inside the room, and the breakfast is more than good enough for me. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Knighton. It’s just a small town and so it’s within walking distance to all main attractions.”
