I loved the bar atmosphere, a hub for locals and for Welsh singing and music-making (at weekend, when I was there, at least.) Good Celtic kind of "craic".”

“It was great for what we needed at the time. Room was clean, although the bed was a little bit creaky. Staff were amazing. The bar had loads of character, it’s a pity there was no food available on the Monday night we stayed. Breakfast was delicious, full English. We will definitely stay there again”

“The Inn was in good order, the staff were pleasant and efficient. Our evening meal was good and the choices available were good. The room was clean and tidy although small. The wash basin was inconveniently small and we were unable to get hot water out of the tap ; we ran it for a long time but it remained stubbornly cold! I resorted to boiling the kettle so that I could shave. The hot water supplied to the shower was okay. The Saturday night entertainment was very loud and appeared to be...
