“The house was clean, in good condition and provided all we needed for our stay. Well equipped room, kitchen and living room. All very clean. It was easy to walk to from the local bus station. Well placed to enjoy all the local amenities - coffee bars, restaurants, local sights.”

Amazing facilities, lounge, DVDs, books, coffee machine etc. Great parking and charging for EVs. Good selection for breakfast and delicious home made bread and jams. I’d recommend the Old Manor House and we will be back.”

“I was checked into a disability room, which although OK is designed for wheelchair users. The sink was low and had no plug in it, so shaving was hard. The room was hot, and although there wasa fan, the window opened fully and wasn't safe to leave open overnight due to it being on the ground floor. The radiator front panel was falling off and the room had no desk/table to use for eating or work. Whilst I appreciate this is a budget hotel, simple things like a plug and mending a broken radiator...

“The venue is currently set up for youth residential events so it doesn't have hotel facilities. Our room was modern and clean with comfortable beds and a good bathroom, but it would have benefited from a few extra amenities. Still, the staff were friendly and welcoming, we absolutely loved the estate and we look forward to visiting again soon. It's a great place for families who enjoy outdoor activities. I enjoyed a delicious Indian breakfast which made a nice change, and my daughter enjoyed her...

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful and Memorable Stay We had such a lovely stay at the Radcliffe Guest House in Ross-on-Wye and genuinely could not have asked for a warmer welcome. From the moment we arrived, Geoff and Kim were incredibly friendly, welcoming and thoughtful. Geoff kindly helped us carry our luggage to our room when we checked in, which was such a lovely personal touch.
