The room was spacious, the hotel is clean, and the staff are lovely. Having a mini kitchen is really helpful, and there's a shop almost next door. Plus, there was a social happy hour with complimentary drinks and nibbles.

โI arrived quite late and went into the pub downstairs to ask how to access the hotel. The woman behind the bar was so helpful and friendly and walked me round to the entrance and explained everything to me thoroughly, despite the fact it was horrible weather outside. I was on the top floor and the room was extremely clean, with a roll top bath and extremely comfortable bed. โFantastic stay only a short walk from Cardiff Main Station, Castle or City Center. Check-in with keyless code and key box. The whole accomodation has been renovated recently so everything is in very good condition. Highly recommendableโ
