โExcellent hotel , had a superior room with a view , but the only down fall was the air con wasnโt well in the room but other from that from the spa to breakfast top notch will be definitely returning in the future , the room was cleaned to a high standard to the staff on arrival was really welcoming, โ
โVery nice, upgraded my room for me which was lovely. Right in Cardiff town centre so I was able to have a walk at night and decide from the massive options were to eat. โ
โThe hotel was located just outside the Cardiff Central railway station and very close to the city center and the castle. The room was nice and clean and the fridge was working nicely. Breakfast was superb.โ

โMy son and I had an absolutely fantastic time. The staff are really helpful and friendly, whether it be checkin checkout, restaurant, spa, the odd cleaner about..all were always smiling and happy to help. We cant wait to stay again!! One thing id like to put in however is the pool area needs some maintenance.
