“Everything was ok but last 2 days before I check out, there was not hot water in the shower”

“great location”

“Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible...

“아침식사는 So~So~ bread 는 残念”

“Unfortunately, our experience at Tokyo Dome Hotel was very disappointing. Although we had booked a smoking room, we did not expect the smell of cigarette smoke to be so overwhelming. The smell was extremely strong not only inside the room but throughout the corridor as well. The hotel offered to deodorise the room after we raised the issue, but we felt this should have been done before check-in, especially considering how strong the smell was. In the end, the room was so unpleasant that we...

“It seems like a brand new one. Clean and neat, spacious. Moreover the spa was so commendable that I will choose this hotel end of this year when I am scheduled to stay in Tokyo through 2 weeks.”
