Hello, The location I visited, which was shown on Expedia, had a completely different address, and I was very unsatisfied with this. Not only were we exhausted from our trip, but we still had to carry all of our luggage to the other Randor location. This was absolutely disappointing. I even contacted you to confirm the address weeks before our trip and was informed that it was the correct one. However, once we arrived, the front desk told us it was the wrong location. This was very upsetting and made our stay inconvenient. Please update your address and inform customers of the correct location for their stay. Many thanks, Marie

Very spacious rooms, but the layout was a bit odd. The blinds are not complete black out curtains, so we needed sleeping masks. It is also hang dry only after doing laundry. There is no shuttle to the airport but the path to the nearest train station is paved and very easy to navigate.

Comfortable stay. Very convenient location with Daimaru within 350m next to Sapporo Station and Tokyu within 110m. Well connected via underpass to Sapporo station and JR. Only set back is that the hotel signage is not prominent enough especially if you arrive by car.

Very nice and clean hotel with wonderful staff and great amenities, including an onsen and convenience store next to the lobby. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing with a huge selection of offerings, many of which were locally sourced. Location is also close to the train station with the option to walk through an underground passageway to/from the station. Would definitely stay here again!
