I originally booked Keio Plaza Sapporo for its convenience, especially for catching the JR train to the airport on my last day. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable the hotel was. The staff were also very helpful throughout my stay.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapporo.

Do not get me wrong, the staff was super nice and friendly. Only concern was as follows. I arrived just after 2pm and check in is at 3pm, which is fine as I waited in the lobby, my fault I was early.
