“The hotel is very clean and new. The room is large. Everything satisfied. To be honest, I was worried that the place around the hotel looked a little bit dangerous before I visited. But, the location of the hotel is very nice, not dangerous, close to the subway station (both Queensboro plaza, and Queens plaza). It took just a few minutes to reach Manhattan, Flushing, and JFK airport. Everybody including hotel staffs was very kind. If I visit NYC again, I will stay at this hotel again. ”

“Striking distance from the city. Be aware, there is no front desk. However, communication is very good in terms of providing access to the building and service.”
“I use a wheelchair and have a van to transport it. So room accessability and a dedicated parking spot is very important to me. The hotel had both which was very good. The room, bathroom and shower was very accessable for me due to grab bars and a shower bench that we provided.
The rooftop restaurant with view of Manhatten is stunning and a prized feature of the hotel. Food and service was excellent during my stay.
The surrounding area is what I expected and was not a big feature of why I chose...
“우선, 직원들이 매우 친절했다. 영어를 못하는 나도 듣는데에 무리없을 정도의 영어를 구사해줬다. 시설들도 깨끗한 편이었다. 공용 주방용품은 여느 호스텔과 마찬가지로 설거지가 안된 식기도 있었긴 했는데, 그닥 신경쓰지도 않았다. 씻어서 쓰면 되니깐. 침대는 깨끗했다. 아침에 하우스키핑할때 관리를 잘 해주더라고요. 흡연은 방안에서는 절대 못하지만 3층 루프탑에 올라가서 피면 된다. 올라가면 맨하탄의 빌딩들과 퀸즈브릿지가 눈에 들어온다.
호스텔이라서 큰 기대는 안하고 갔었다. 그냥 싸게 머물다갈곳이라 생각했는데, 관리가 좀 된 편이라 조금 놀랬다. 맨하탄이랑은 지하철로 2-30분? 그정도 걸렸는데 서울에서도 어디 놀려면 그정도의 시간은 쓰지않나? 그런거라 생각하고 예약을 했다.
이 호스텔은 엘레베이터가 없다. 계단밖에 없다. 그래서 짐이 무거우면은 올라갈때 고생 좀 해야할것이지만, 객실은 2층까지만 있으니 한층 올라가는것만 고생하면 된다.
