First of all, a very special thank you to Emad, who helped organise the excursions and recommended some fantastic trips. Emad is an amazing person — extremely polite, friendly, professional and helpful. His recommendations made the holiday even more enjoyable and truly unforgettable. I genuinely appreciate his kindness and all the effort he put into making the experience so special. I would also like to express my appreciation to all the hotel staff. They were absolutely wonderful — always welcoming, respectful, friendly and willing to help. Without a doubt, some of the best hotel staff I have ever dealt with. Their hospitality and professionalism were exceptional. Another very special thank you goes to Mustafa, one of the waiters in the restaurant. He is an amazing person — incredibly kind, polite, attentive, lovely and always happy to help. His positive attitude and excellent service made every dining experience even more enjoyable. Honestly, the entire team deserves recognition for their outstanding hospitality and kindness. A massive thank you to Emad, Mustafa and all the wonderful staff at Stella Di Mare for making the holiday such a memorable experience. "Myself and my wife stayed for 2 weeks, it was an outstanding super time, amazing ground pool room, exceptional staff positive behavior and attitude, hotel is located on the beach directly, clean sands, crystal water supervised by decent safeguards. - Parmizzano's Italian Restaurant is a MUST TRY ( Seafood Pizza, Diavolo Pizza) and the best Bolognaise Spaghetti and Seafood spaghetti in Sharm El Sheikh - Kona Kai Japanese restaurant is a ( MUST TRY) amazing Sushi & Teppanyaki (i thought it could be commercial but it is not at all, wonderful presentation and taste) Really special thanks to the lovely treatment and friendly staff. We shall definitely return back soon inshallah and keep up the good work."

"Right in the centre of Naama Bay Where all the shopping is. Next door to Buddha Bar. Very large resort. We had Seaview room on 5th floor. Room was large and clean. Downside to room was the shower could be better and need more cupboards as the room was wasted with dead space. And need a tall mirror. Food area was hectic at busy times. Food' was OK. Found it repetitive. Had a massage and Hammann. The place could do with a upgrade. Not very appealing. Still was worth the price. Last there was very nice. Gym was tiny. Not worth it. Had pedicure and facial. Need it to be better. Not worth it. Pool area very nice. Grounds and staff very good. Late checkout needs to improve by letting customers know earlier by helping Not being stressed on the day they have to leave by only offering on the morning they are leaving if they can have it. Overall I would stay here again but certain things improving."

"Our first time at an all inclusive resort as we normally travel here there and everywhere. So its never suitable for our plans. We picked this resort hotel to purposefully relax and slow down. The price of the swim up suite was the biggest draw it was a bargain. I read reviews about this place and the main ones were the food isnt great, its dated, and negative comments about staff. My experience was overall positive the resort is very beautiful all the staff members i interacted with (bar one)were happy to please welcoming. We were able to check in really early albeit in a non swim up room due to a fault but that was resolved the next day that was fine with us, they are making an effort to update the rooms the first one was more modern the swim up was more traditional looking. The food for us was the biggest let down theres a lot of food on offer for lunch breakfast and dinner but its not of great quality and very repetitive even though they do have themed nights its just one or two really different items on offer. My partner did have a few issues with Russian people pushing in line a few times and trying to move a fan that was in use by him and one occasion of putting cigarettes in a bottle and tossing it in the pool but thats not the hotels doing. The south american a la carte left a lot to be desired as a paid for extra. The rooms were clean and well soundproofed. The location is a short walk to the beach and shops restaura -s ect and easy pick ups for tours"
