"Lovely stay at movenpick beautiful beaches 4 in total our favourite was no4, only, downside was a bit of a walk for the toilets,swimming pool was gorgeous and heated made, a bit difference, loads of sunbeds. Restaurant was amazing lots to choose from even for the most picket of eaters, drinks our serviced by the waiters although they are reluctant to give you another drink but just smile and show them your empty glass and hey presto, entertainment was lacking in the evening almost boring, we met people or played cards. Would I come again aboustley "

"No WiFi, they charge x5 times the amount for a cab ride from the hotel to the airport which is 10 mins only, the manager was soooo rude!! They made me pay upfront for the rides to and from the hotel and airport and then didn’t have change to give so they kept my money. When i asked for the change they said i had to wait for the manager to come in at 10am. I asked for it back and they were giving me the converted amount that equaled less than the USD. The manager was then super rude bc i asked him to give me the proper change and said he wasn’t an exchange house. I will NEVER book with this hotel and neither should anyone else. "

"Our 15‑day Egypt trip ended with a disappointing stay at Oriental Rivoli Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh (March 11–15, 2026). We arrived at 1:30 a.m. and were greeted by a rude, unprofessional receptionist. The first room, 2262, was clearly used: unmade bed, beer glasses, and towels on the floor. It also had one bed instead of the two we reserved. The receptionist insisted no two‑bed rooms were available and told us to “just stay” in the used room. After nearly an hour of back‑and‑forth and being shown an inferior room in the back, we were finally given Room 2261—which did have two beds, proving availability the whole time. For our second booking (initially for three people), our third traveler couldn’t come. We asked to adjust the reservation since it was “pay at the hotel,” but the receptionist refused and told us to deal with Expedia at 2:30 a.m. He still charged us for three people and gave us three towel keys. Minutes later, he demanded we return one key because only two guests were staying. At 2:45 a.m., he even sent the bellhop to retrieve it. We refused since we were still being charged for three."
