"So we've been looking for a place to stay in the wine country. We come down here occasionally for medical appointments. And just to enjoy the area, we had a little doggy. Which is very hard to find hotels? That'll take animals and everything is outrageously expensive. So Hampton inns is really simple. Nice rooms, quiet, good staff, decent breakfast. At one point, we accidentally left our room with the door lock engaged, which prevented the door from fully closing. We did not realize it until much later that evening after being gone for hours. To our surprise and relief, absolutely nothing had been disturbed or moved when we returned. That experience alone spoke volumes about the integrity of the staff, the security of the property, and the overall environment of the hotel. James deserves special recognition for his outstanding customer service and professionalism. Employees like him are the reason guests return. He went above and beyond, and his kindness and attention to detail truly made a lasting impression on us."
