"There was a slight confusion on an available room, housekeeping ladies, though not their fault, took it upon themselves to very quickly resolve it with the front desk, they went above and beyond"

This was our next trip to Napa from Minnesota, and made sure we (2 couples) stayed there to thank them for their kindness. Great location for a wine trip. All the staff was incredibly friendly, breakfast was very nice...coffee, juice, milk, a few hot items, cereal, coffee cake, fresh fruit, cookies at 6:00 pm. Rooms were very clean, dated... but the hotel had a very warm "homey" feel to it

"Great property within walking distance of the square. Room was large and comfortable. Very nice bathroom. I was concerned at first that rooms have outside corridors but the area felt very safe. To note there are no elevators so you have to carry bags up stairs "
