Pick up from the airport worked perfectly. We could even leave our luggage for the trip to Halong bay - even though we didn't spend another night in the hotel. Very professional staff - Thank you! Rooms are equipped well, free water bottles included. Breakfast was a good mix of vietnamese traditional dishes and western food. "

The architecture in the lobby alone is enough to make you never want to leave. The staff was super kind and helpful which was honestly the cherry on top.
