The hotel itself was good and the room was comfortable and clean. However, checking in was an absolute NIGHTMARE! After an endless line and a 40-minute wait, we were finally able to check in. In fact, the long lines to check in died down after 11 p.m. Also, the reception staff could have been a lot nicer. One of our keys wasn't working, but neither the concierge nor the front desk could issue my husband a replacement key because the reservation was not under his name. They told him to wait outside the room for a security person who would help him get inside the room. Well, that security person never arrived, and he had to wait for me to return to the hotel 40 minutes later so that he could use my key to enter the room. I don't understand how one can pay a ridiculous amount of money to stay at a hotel like this and receive no guest service whatsoever. So, if you find a comparable hotel in the area, check the reviews to see if the guest service is better and stay there instead. The summary: good hotel; horrific guest service.
