"Overall, we had a pleasant stay, though there were a few minor issues worth noting. The room itself was clean and comfortable; however, the bathroom had a very strong bleach smell that never seemed to dissipate.
The property is set up more like a motel, with all room doors opening to the exterior, which naturally led to more noise. That said, the hotel does enforce quiet hours, and for the most part, guests respected them.
Parking was a bit challenging. While valet service is available on-site, spaces are very limited, and we were not informed in advance that valet is not staffed on weekdays. This made retrieving our car keys somewhat confusing and inconvenient.
Checkout was scheduled for 11:00 a.m., and when we went to the front desk around 10:30 a.m. to check out, retrieve our keys, and possibly grab something from the café, no one was present. We waited while the phone rang several times and even tried calling the front desk ourselves, but received no response. Eventually, we alerted a housekeeper, and someone came out to assist us, explaining they had been on a Teams call. It was a bit surprising that this was scheduled so close to checkout time, especially given the limited staffing and lack of valet service during the week.
Despite these inconveniences, we still had a wonderful stay. The location is a major highlight—it’s ideally situated near both the beach and the bay and within easy walking distance of numerous shops and restaurants."
