"Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The service was good However, I don’t think this hotel offers the best value in the area. It seems to be recommended frequently by booking sites, but there are several hotels nearby that are newer, more convenient, and less expensive. Also, be aware that there are additional taxes/fees payable upon arrival that may not be included in the initial booking price. If you want breakfast, be sure to add it when making your reservation—it is much more expensive if purchased at the hotel. Overall, it’s a good hotel, but I think there are better options nearby for the price."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Subway station steps away and easy walking to restaurants, the river and Osaka castle only 25 minute walk, so it was great exploring along the way. We had three people on the trip so it was nice they could accommodate with 3 beds. Rooms were very clean, bathrooms new and updated. Little bar on the second floor with entertainment nightly. I would definitely stay here again."
