"The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very well designed, but unfortunately, our experience with the customer service was disappointing. From the beginning, the interaction with the lady at the front desk felt unnecessarily argumentative rather than welcoming. Later, at the restaurant downstairs, I was told that I could only use the restroom if I purchased something at the bar. As a hotel guest, I found this very surprising and uncomfortable. While Milano Verticale is a beautiful property, the attitude and level of hospitality we experienced did not match what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Unfortunately, the poor customer service overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay, and I would not choose to book here again."

"I had an excellent stay at Urban Hive Milan. The hotel is in a very convenient location, in a safe and pleasant area, and it was perfect for traveling alone. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated that they kept my luggage safely after checkout from the morning until the evening, when I left the city. Great service, great location, and a wonderful experience overall. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Our room was very cleaned , housekeeping looks after us , reception was also very friendly on arrival and departure. Breakfast quite limited but acceptable. We loved the swimming pool , only down side that on our last day the sauna was not on to mention this was between 10.00 and 13.00PM Overall grate experience."
