"A very nice business hotel with the usual amenities. Central and conveniently located in the Tokyo Nihonbashi area. Very close to train stations, dining and some shopping. Rooms were a bit snug but very clean and neat. On-site onsen was a bit on the small size compared with other hotels we stayed at but adequate for the purpose. Overall a very good hotel to stay at for the central location"

"This hotel was amazing! The staff was very helpful every step of the way! There are plenty of shops and restaurants around but it is also a 5 minute walk to a metro station to get you anywhere you’d want to go. The area is quiet most of the time. They have self serve laundry which you could use with coin or card (detergent self dispenses in the machine) but they also have full service laundry. I would definitely stay again!"

"Hotel Metropolitan is located in the Sapia Tower right next to Tokyo station. The location is perfect. We had a window view of Tokyo station, which was beautiful at night. The staff was incredibly kind and so easy to talk to. I would stay here again next time I am in Tokyo. "

"Clean and spacious room and very friendly staff. I accidentally left some stuff behind and they kept my stuff for me. After calling them first to confirm, I was able to stop by a few days later to pick it up. I really appreciate the service and extra care. The hotel is away from the touristy spots. I enjoy the quietness of the neighborhood. A lot of local restaurants within walking distance. They were all very good. The hotel restaurant seems to be very popular as there is always a line. I only tried the breakfast buffet, which was really nice with good selections, especially the traditional Japanese breakfast options."
