"Breakfast was good, with variety of options for everybody. The egg Benedict with smoked salmon, french toast with truffle butter is a must to try, they have an amazing staff, very welcoming, polite and friendly.
The lounge was good too though sometimes get busy however, the staff always made sure everything is topped up.
Laundry is very handy, free to use with coffee machine in the room while you wait. The smart pack compressor was great, helps with easy packing for all your shopping.
The only downside is the carpet and room is abit outdated needs changing as they looked tired and old. Otherwise, highly recommend this hotel very close to train station and the most of the main attractions. Thanks to all the staff who looked after us. Arigato Gosaimasou"
