"What a wonderful hotel! 5 stars all the way. We loved and appreciated all the attention to detail. The staff was super attentive and nice. IIn addition the hotel was so conveniently located to the subway, restaurants and family mart. We definitely will be back and we highly recommend this hotel. "

"Room was clean and very well maintained. Instructions were also clear. My only complaint is about the laundrette on second floor. It was rather limited with only 5 for the whole hotel. Most tourists wash their clothes in the night and I ended up staying past midnight just to wait for my turn to wash clothes. There is only one chair in the laundry room. As my room was near the laundry room, it was disconcerting to see people sitting on the floor of the corridor. They may be doing their laundry and waiting their turn but it did not create a safe feeling. Otherwise, I love how close it was to major shopping mall (5 minute walk) and near 24-hour Family Mart(5 minute walk) ."

"Staff was rude when we asked for help with automated check in machine. She just shown us 1 step and walked away. She was not attending any customers. Look like a Chinese lady. Disappointed. We booked a Deluxe High Floor and but the room size look the same like the Standard room that we booked previously."

"We had an excellent experience at the Intercontinental Osaka. The staff was amazing - helping with taxis, restaurant reservations and luggage transfer. We loved the area - plenty of dining and shopping in the area and a short walk to the subway. The room was large with a walk-in closet. We enjoyed breakfast - many different options and they assisted with my food allergy. Would definitely stay here again. "
