"Location and view from room is excellent. The stay would have been memorable had they redone the lobby and the rooms. In length bed size was smaller, except for 2 people, no one else speaks or understands English. Old school dealings in all aspects"

"This hotel was really nice and in a good location. The entrance can be a bit tricky but once you get the hang of it it’s not bad at all. My only complaint is how humid it is once you get off on your floor after the elevator. There’s a door you need to get through to get to the hallway and it’s really humid in that little area for some reason. "

"A beautiful property with discernable design thoughts. Staff members have been very nice and professional. Free coffee machine around the check-in area where you will get a great view of Osaka green. Bed was very comfortable. We stayed only one night, wish we could have stayed longer. "

"Clean room and bathroom. Front desk staff were helpful during check in and when we stored our baggage after check out. There was a currency converter machine near the front desk which was helpful when trying to convert cash. Osaka JR station was an easy walking distance from hotel. There is also a metro station next by a Lawson that is a few steps walking distance from the hotel."

"Staff are curt, it is advertised there is instant coffee in the room and there isn’t. Laundry is very busy but it’s a nice option to have. Good location. "
