"Our room at the end of the hallway on the 4th floor only had room temperature hot water. The desk clerk came to check it, but couldn't solve it. We got up 1/2 hour early the next morning and let the water run and eventually the hot water arrived. Probably a circulating pump wasn't working."

"A few maintenance issues were noted. A loose hand rail in the pool A leaky ac unit in the room When reported to staff, they said they would take care of it.. Staff was very friendly and check in was easy. I reserved last minute and reserved an incorrect date but the girl handled it without hesitation"
