"It is an outdated hotel, It requrires more renovations. Breakfast was perfectly fine. Airport Shuttle was very good and convenient. Staffs are very kind and wonderful. I had no issue with people. Very roommy But, Beds are old. Shower and Sink clogging..."

"Chataun got us checked in and explained where everything was and what we could expect for the restaurant and breakfast along with parking. Our room was immaculate. Loved the balconies! We spent a lot of our time out there. Very close to great places to eat! Very impressed with the property and the restaurant Rye. The drinks were amazing and Ting took very good care of us at the bar. Recommend the margarita. Yum! If you’re going to Chicago and don’t want to stay in the hustle of downtown, this was a nice stay. Still close to plenty and convenient to motor ways."

"It really is worth the extra cost to stay at this hotel if you have a very early flight or get in on a late flight and need a place to stay. It is literally across the street from the airport. There is a way to walk to the terminal undercover if it’s raining but if the weather is clear, you can walk 2 mins and be from hotel lobby to terminal. And leaving your car here while traveling is a bit pricey but you can at least cut that cost in half if you buy it through an airport parking app and it could not be more easy and you get valet service as a bonus."
