Central location but a neglected hotel. Cleanliness poor, curtains half falling off so hard to shut out the evening light. Saw a few bugs in my room. Basic amenities but the breakfast is decent. Poor wifi also so not great for working.

Empfehlenswert und zentral gelegen.
Der Empfang war freundlich und hilfsbereit sowie sehr zügig. Das Zimmer war groß, ruhig und gut ausgfestattet. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und gut hergerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral in Novi Sad. Der Shuttle zum Flughafen hat das Hotel organisiert und es war recht günstig.

Big nice rooms and very convienient location. This is my no. 1 priority hotel when in NoviSad for business. However I was dissapointed over the cleaning quality this time. Bathroom was not cleaned very well, shampoo not refilled and towels refreshed.

Great hotell. Simple breakfast but good. For me the AC was to warm and I could not turn it down or off so I had to sleep with an open window.

Great location and safety measures
The hotel is in a great location right downtown. The rooms are very spacious and were very clean. The hotel took a lot of safety measures for coronavirus. The bathroom was large and the shower worked well. It would have been nice to have more water in the rooms and the décor was a little dated. Breakfast was serve-yourself and was decent. I loved exploring the city on foot from it; there were a lot of restaurant options. The parking was free but was a bit of a nightmare; ask someone from the desk to park your car for you because it involves an elevator and is hard to find.

Very conveniently placed close to the centre of Novi Sad. Easy walking distance to the city's attractions and restaurants. Pleasant, friendly and very helpful hotel staff. Excellent breakfast. I had a large room overlooking the square which I considered quite luxurious; very comfortably furnished and with a clean well-equipped bathroom

Vi bodde på hotellet i forbindelse med vår bryllupsfeiring som vi ga beskjed om. Allikevel fikk vi et rom uten utsikt, med ingenting som tydet på at vi var et brudepar som skulle tilbringe første natt etter bryllupsfeiringen på hotellet. Det ble til og med glemt å rydde opp rommet vårt dagen før feiringen. Ingen pynt ble satt inn på rommet for natten etter bryllupsfeiringen, ingen gratulasjoner fra hotellet ble mottatt eller noe som helst lignende. For en vanlig tur vil det vært helt ok, men med tanke på anledningen ble vi svært skuffet, da flere bekjente fikk hele hotellrom dekorert med roser på andre hoteller i samme byen i forbindelse med deres bryllupsfeiring. I tillegg er frokost ganske enkel. Alt i alt, beliggenhet midt i sentrum er unik og hotellet er helt fint for en bytur, mens for spesielle anledninger som bryllupsfeiring bør man definitivt velge et annet sted.

Great location, beautiful hotel
Great location and a very nice hotel for the price. And they make eggs for you at breakfast however you want! I highly recommend anyone traveling to Novi Sad's cute city center to stay here.

Väldigt trevligt och serviceminded personal. Rena stora rum, skön säng. Enda anmärkning är att frukostbuffeén var ok men lite snål, saknade färska grönsaker som tex gurka och tomater... dårligt pulverkaffe, ...man kunde dog beställa espresso från baren mot extra kostnad. Eftersom hotellet skyltar med fyra stjärnor så förväntas bättre standard, denna frukosten håller till tre stjärnor.

I was ripped off by Hotels.com. The quote was $134 for the two days and when I actually went to the payment section, I was charged 120 euro which is pretty close to $180 ! No good for future business !
