"Dated, run down a bit, walls thinner than paper, you will enjoy the neighbour's conversations as though they are standing beside you, privacy is non existent. The "king" bed will just be 2 beds pushed together, (don't pay extra for that!) no mattress pad or anything so there is a nice lump line down the middle, pretty uncomfortable. The softness of the mattress is comparable to plywood, the pillows as fluffy as a brick of cheese. The price we paid was more than the Hilton down the road, the non refundable rule is brilliant on thier part, they know once you arrive and realize its too late. Feels like a tourist trap, staff seem pretty friendly though. The area is close to everything, unfortunately in a rougher part of town but there is a convenience to it. If the price was cheap id have no complaints, charging $300/night is insane"

"The hallways were incredibly narrow and the rooms were tiny. Bathroom really had no counter space. But it was clean! There was construction across the street too. Nice hotel."

"Very clean and modern room. Large bed and trick duvet and luxury pillows. Excellent facility in allowing luggage to be stored before check in, with very friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel felt very secure where most parts were only accessible using a room key. Lovely location which was perfect for exploring Dublin centre. Would definitely book again and definitely recommend. "We appreciated the welcome we received and luggage storage as we arrived a few hours before checkin. The room was clean and comfortable. Some noise from construction in the morning might be around for a while, but it is a growing city. Hands down the most considerate breakfast buffet, so would highly recommend!"

"Positives: Modern, stylish, clean,located just off Upper O'Connell Street Good quality bathroom and comfortable beds. Not so good: The rooms are very small with virtually no storage space.Technophobes may struggle with the temperature control and lighting systems."

"Apartment is relatively small. Half of the hotel is currently looking over a construction site. Lobby is very small and almost shared with a coffee shop. Wondering if a better location would be closer to the college campus."
