“I had left my wallet in the room and the staff had contacted me immediately to come back to get my wallet. Excellent service five star hotel all the way around.”

“Newly remodeled hotel, that was remodeled very well very pretty very clean. I was very happy with my stay here. I will now stay at this hotel every time I come to Springfield. The whole hotel was immaculately clean. I am also very sensitive to fragrances and usually I wake up sick in hotels and I woke up feeling great after staying here. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I was very very impressed.”

“The room was a nicely decorated and clean. Much bigger than a hotel. You have a small living,dinning and bar. I didn’t really feel safe leaving our car outside the building seeing homeless around . It was self park so you had to find parking on the street . And the train going off every night several times a night. Because of the parking and the train in the back of the building I would not stay here again.”
