"Loved this property! The spa amenities were top notch and the location was perfect. Walkable to everything but outside of the main downtown strip so it was very quiet. We got locked out of our room, however the staff was very helpful in getting us back in and making sure that we were all set. We also dined at one of the restaurants at the resort and it was very good. Would recommend to anyone!"

"Amazing spot! Wonderful room, friendly staff, really great property, great breakfast, and stellar views of the Matterhorn from our balcony. A fair hike uphill from downtown but the taxi service is easy to utilize and is free to and from the train station when arriving and leaving. But the location is definitely worth it for the views. Recommended!"

"The hotel was only a few minutes walk from the train station but they also had a shuttle that could pick you up from the train station. The staff was friendly and the room was nice with a great view of the Matterhorn. The spa facilities were very fantastic and was a great way to unwind at the end of the day. The only issue we had was they were renovating the room next to us, so the construction noise was quite loud in the afternoon when we checked in. We just spent the afternoon in the spa area so it wasn't a big deal and we were only there for one night. I did mention this at checkout, and they apologized and said that if we had let them know, they would have stopped the work. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
