We really enjoyed our stay at Boardwalk One! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff made us feel very welcome. We especially loved the location, being right on the boardwalk close to all attractions and shops. We’d happily stay here again!

The room was fresh cleaned, hot showers and plenty of space. Staff was very nice and informative. We were able to have covered parking. We watched the major storm with the high waves and wind from balcony but didn't disturb us with doors closed. Location was great for walking boardwalk. When too wet had an excellent tv and reception in the room.

The property itself was good, a little dated but clean otherwise. The three women working the desk were the best part. They were very kind and accommodating to my family. The only part that was not so good was the small print from expedia about this being a timeshare property as we had to change rooms mid trip.

Boardwalk One was nice. My only complaint was the mattresses are horrible. I could feel the springs when I laid down on it. Other than that, loved the location, the water pressure and all appliances worked too.

Solid place..great location

Great Location. It is a time share so you could be asked to change rooms and there aren't much ammenities but a little pool but the 2 minute walk to boardwalk on 1st street is crucial

The house keeper/maneger was mean and inconsiderate. On my last day of stay I asked for clean towels since we have been using the same towels all thought out I want clean towel and the house keeper told me flat out no because the towels are for her incoming guests.
