All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and attending staff was paying attention to the people there to help out.

Hyatt Place Nashville Downtown
The hotel staff was friendly and the facility was very clean. My only complaint would be the quality of pillows. The location was perfect. Just a couple blocks from Broadway. We will definitely return!

Great room comfortable bed- in room facility’s, kitchen area for cooking, washer dryer in the closet- wish i new tablets and pods were under the sink though

Sentral Sobro
Room/view not as nice as pictures. Walls very thin & you could hear everything. Check in took a while because the kiosk wasn’t working great . Not terrible, but not as lovely as the pictures .
