"Building is old but kept it clean. Breakfast is light and repeat from Costco product. Better than expected for a super 8 motel. Room is spacious for a 2 queens bed. Staffs are friendly and proffessional."

"My wife and I stayed there for one night during our travel to Mt Rainier. We both loved this place. It showed that owner, Young, does care about his customers, their wellbeing, and their needs Unlike most hotels, our room was huge, clean , very spacious, and looked more like a suite ., It had a huge refrigerator, a big microwave, a coffee maker, iron and board, powerful hair dryer, many electrical outlets, phones chargers and so on. Breakfast room was clean, and food and drinks were great. I had a chance to talk to owner Young and he was very calm, professional, helpful and friendly. If I go back to that area, I would definitely stay in Ocean Star Inn where I felt like home away from home. Loved it, loved it, loved it. Thank you, thank you and thank you. Marvelous job, Young and the staff. ❤️❤️❤️ Jessie and Florence"

"The room was VERY nice - GREAT sunset and ocean views, comfortable bed, drapes made the room dark, etc. Lighting in the room could be better (especially corner where table is), and I was disappointed the pool was across the highway. Also the bathroom needs more towel rods/rings/hooks. But I would stay there again, if in the area. The restaurant was BY FAR our best meal of the 10-day trip! Soooo good! (And we had lots of good meals!)"
