"This is my 3rd time at the hotel. Great location and my room was very nice. The rooms overlooking the courtyard are always lovely and quiet, the ones overlooking the road are very noisy and it is worth bringing earplugs if you are road-facing. Unfortunately we visited during a cold snap after the heating had been turned off for the summer so it was cold in the rooms. It’s due to be 27C the week after we came so it’s hard for the hotel to predict that it would be 8C when we arrived but it did make the stay a bit less comfortable than usual. It’s a great location though and I will definitely stay here again because the other times have been faultless"

"Poor communication with the host. I called in to Expedia and they said they would call me back. Never did. The photos of the room were deceptive. The loft sleeping area is only suitable for someone who can crawl into a 2’x2’ entrance."

"Staff were professional and friendly. Would have liked a bottle of water included in the room rate as well as hair conditioner and carpet in room could do with a wet clean but room and bathroom very clean other than that. "

I celebrated my 29th birthday in Paris, and I have no regrets booking my accommodation here. My room was clean, and the hotel has a cozy, inviting vibe that makes me want to go back. "Great location for Gare de Lyon train station, 2 mins walk. We walked to Eiffel tower, took us maybe 30 mins. The staff were very friendly and helpful to us and we enjoyed our stay. There was an early check in available, which after a 30 hour flight was music to my ears. The room is small but that is known and part of the package! Very well designed rooms, felt like I was back in Japan!"
