“I had an issue with a neighbor playing their TV so loud that we couldn’t hear ours. I can not remember her name, but she said they could ask them around 8ish to quiet down since it was unreasonable loud. I went to ask her to come over and she had gone home and the man said they can’t go into 10:00 since that’s when quiet hour starts. That was disappointing, but they did get us a new room and it was an upgrade to a nicer room. For that evening of peace, we are forever grateful! ”

“To be fair, it was a VERY cold couple of days when we arrived. However, when we go there the room was very cold and the heater was very insufficient to bring the room up to temp. I actually wasn't "warm" until the following morning(!) Having run for over 12 hours. A good solution would be to see if the heat could be turned on well in advance of guest arriving on especially cold periods? No worries...we survived!”
