"Room needs renovating but staff were great."

"Reserved an ocean view room and got partial view. The pool and hot tub were down upon arrival and my disabled husband was miserable due to not being able to get any relief in the hot tub. The pool and hot tub were the reason we chose this location. The bathtub in our room didn’t girls water. The staff was amazing. The fact that we paid full price for a hotel and could not access or use all the amenities that we paid for is disappointing and a waste of money. We will not be staying at this location again. "
