“Take the one-star rating seriously. No climate control in the room. When the afternoon sun hits, the room is really hot. There is a window with no screen and ours had a broken hand crank. Who wants to sleep with the windows open? Definitely didn’t feel safe to do that. Other guests felt comfortable sitting on the stairs going up to our room smoking cigarettes and taking shots. Our junior suite was $225 per night and was not worth it. Unless this is your vibe, this place is not recommended.”

“This hotel is in a great location in Olde Town (Florence) and is a very short walk from many good restaurants. Our room was clean, nicely updated and the free laundry was a plus. I recommend!”

“Clean, renovated room. Conveniently located. Some highway noise but A/C drowned out the noise. Would stay here again.”

“The room was clean and delightfully decorated. The space was a little cramped, however. There were no hooks in the bathroom or closet. There was no towel bar in the bathroom, only in the vanity area. There were no hangers in the closet. A small shelf on the wall next to the bed would have been helpful for the side of the bed having no nightstand.”

“this place was fine for me, but the walls my be a bit thin. one night I heard "BANG BANG BANG BANG" I woke up and wondered what it was, fell asleep and heard it again I woke up and wondered what it was and fell back asleep and the next morning I saw the next door folks and asked them if they here'd the banging and the lady said it was her banging on the walls because my snoring woke her up!”
